Qualifying complete desktop systems sold by JVA Tech Services include a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering internal hardware failures that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
Normal-use hardware coverage
Internal component failures under normal operation are covered during the warranty term, subject to the stated exclusions.
Equivalent-or-better replacement
If a covered component fails, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or better component at no cost to the customer.
Defined claim process
Warranty service is handled via local drop-off, and the cause of failure is inspected and verified before approval.

What is not covered
The warranty is intended for hardware failure under normal use. Damage, misuse, unauthorized changes, and related issues are excluded.
Damage and handling
- Liquid damage
- Physical damage
- Transport damage after customer pickup
- Electrical damage from improper power sources or surges
User-caused changes
- User modification, disassembly, or upgrades
- BIOS changes, overclocking, undervolting, or tuning beyond system configuration provided at pickup
- Third-party repairs or modification
Maintenance and misuse
- Excessive dust buildup or lack of reasonable maintenance
- Misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Any other damage or fault determined to be caused by user action
Transport responsibility
Transport of systems that are picked up by the customer is the sole responsibility of the customer. Damage caused during transport or handling after pickup, including improper packaging, lack of internal GPU support, or transport-related shock, is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Term
This system is covered by a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty beginning on the date of purchase listed above.
Any replacement parts provided under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers internal hardware failures that occur under normal use, including:
- CPU (Processor)
- GPU (Graphics Card)
- RAM (Memory)
- Motherboard
- Power Supply Unit (PSU)
- Storage Drives (SSD/HDD)
- Cooling System (Air or Liquid)
If a covered component fails due to manufacturing defect or normal operation during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or better component at no cost to the customer.
Replacement components may be new, used, or refurbished, and will meet or exceed the original part’s performance class and functional capability.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Liquid damage (spills, condensation, flooding)
- Physical damage (drops, impact, crushed cases, bent connectors)
- Transport damage occurring after customer pickup
- Electrical damage from improper power sources or surges
- User modification, disassembly, or upgrades
- BIOS changes, overclocking, undervolting, or tuning beyond system configuration provided at pickup
- Third-party repairs or modification
- Excessive dust buildup or lack of reasonable maintenance
- Any other damage or fault determined to be caused by user action, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Transport Responsibility

Repair Services (Out of Warranty or User-Caused Damage)
Repairs for damage not covered under this warranty may still be provided at the customer's request.
Labour will be charged at the standard rate in effect at the time of service, and parts will be charged at cost.
A repair quote will be provided before any work is performed.
If no hardware fault is found and the issue is determined to be software-related, configuration-related, or user-caused, further diagnostic labour may be billed at the standard rate with customer approval.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact the system builder using the contact information listed above. Warranty service is provided via local drop-off.
The system builder reserves the right to inspect and verify the cause of failure before approving warranty service.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty covers hardware repair or replacement only. The system builder is not responsible for data loss, software issues, lost time, lost income, or any indirect or consequential damages. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.
Transferability
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless approved in writing by the system builder.
